When you go to a cafe or restaurant you don’t see people serving you with a hat or hair net on. But I found it gross when I went out to eat somewhere nice and found a hair in my salad. When I told the waitress what I had found, I realised that it was hers, considering its length and colour.
I didn't make a scene. I was perfectly polite and I whispered it to her. Even though I brought her my plate, no one would know what I was doing. She snatched it out of my hand mumbling something about it being free. In the end, though, I had to pay for it as they totally forgot. Thanks. If it had been anywhere else I wouldn't go back but I know that I will considering this was my second visit this week. I may be a mug. What would you do? Oh well, they make a good coffee, although I won't be having the salad again. by the Editor.
