FENTLMANS GINGER BEER AND DANDELION AND BURDOCKE

I really like both of these drinks and I really don’t drink fizzy drinks as a rule but I really fancied something sweet and though I’d give one of these a go. The whole range is really strong in spicy tastes but also they give your idea of what they should taste like a kick as although they taste different to how you expect it has a nostalgic taste with it too. The Coca Cola is good too. Try immediately.

Outstanding. Having failed to see the allure of cold tea previously this was so good I had to have two! A cool and sweet alternative to traditional canned drinks.

INNOCENT SUPER SMOOTHIE, KIWI, LIME, WHEATGRASS AND FLAX SEEDS.

I thought this was really good. Packed with antioxidants, not too strong on the wheatgrass but with the lime and kiwi it worked perfectly. I like the fact that it has flaxseeds as they are full of your essential omega oils. If I had made it myself I would add them in, a great smoothy to get on the run.

Lets start with Matcha

Teapigs Matcha Green Tea Drink

Matcha is a concentrated powder form of green tea; Teapigs claim theirs is a 'super power green' because they bestow optimal organic conditions on their plants and because it is diffused "you actually ingest the whole leaf". A pre-mix of apple juice, spring water and matcha green tea. Not dry- as some green teas can be- a real thirst quencher, with a full yet delicate elderflower-infused flavour. Lovely.
Available at health food chains Nationwide
