A Recipe for Lasagne from a sexy Italian!
Traditional Italian Oven Baked Lasagna
Bolognese:
Onion, garlic, chestnut mushrooms, chopped tomatoes, fresh tomatoes, beef stock cube, lean beef mine, red wine, fresh basil, dried chili flakes & dried oregano
(salt n pepper with a pinch of sugar to take the sharpness away from the tomatoes)
The Trick with the sauce is to keep tasting it.
Lasagna:
-white sauce
-lasagna sheets
-coarsely grated mozarella cheese
-finely grated parmegiano cheese
Bake for 45mins with foil, last 15mins grill to get a golden topping.
