I never know what to eat although I love to cook, but sometimes what I end up with is a culmination of what I can see, scavenging the fridge as well as my store cupboard (if I am lucky). I had a great spaghetti dish with carrots courgettes and chorizo the other day which worked out really well. With some herbs and balsamic vinegar and if course some lovely cheese on top it made a great meal of leftovers all in a bowl of heaven. Unfortunately I was all out of wine but it is nice to actually plan your meals, especially if you have kids.
Take a peek at our meal planner as you can get some great meals out of a little preparation, and lets face it lack of inspiration can go a long way. I know I certainly need it as my left overs only go so far. Its nice to spend some time to make something really nice even when I don’t want to think about cooking much its nice to know that you can have something you really want to eat with just a little preparation. by The Editor.
